PCR of genomic, plasmid and viral DNA samples.
- The solution contains substances that increase half-life and
processivity of DFS-Taq PLUS DNA polymerase by enhancing its
stability during PCR.

- DFS-Taq Plus DNA polymerase is inactive at room temperature
